brachetto
The strawberry

In fourth place of the red Piemontese wines, Branchetto produces light-bodied but highly aromatic wines, often accompanied by some spicy undertones. This grape is therefore the heart of Branchetto d'Acqui (DOCG), a slightly sparkling red wine with fresh acidity and a subtle sweetness, making him often served with strawberry desserts. But nice as a still wine as well.
